This device is developed for the press-fitting of two types of valve components, IGCT and IGBT, consisting of a press and two sets of mobile positioning assembly fixtures. It is manually operated to complete the assembly, crimping, and lifting processes of the valve components. The design fully considers the actual working conditions on-site, featuring a simple structure, precise positioning, and high efficiency. This design can serve as a universal press-fitting platform, requiring only the replacement of the necessary tooling for the valve group for each crimping, covering most power electronic device press-fitting.
