  • Radiators should have a certain mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity, and should be easy to install and combine into the required heat dissipation area; the size should be small, taking up less room area and space; they should not be easily damaged during installation and use; the manufacturing process should be simple and suitable for mass production.

    Radiators are divided into radiation radiators and convection radiators based on the heat exchange method. The convection heat dissipation of convection radiators accounts for almost 100%, and they are sometimes referred to as 'convection devices'; in contrast, other radiators dissipate heat through both convection and radiation, and are sometimes referred to as 'radiation devices'.

    Radiators are classified by material into cast iron radiators, steel radiators, and radiators made from other materials. Other material radiators include those made from aluminum, copper, steel-aluminum composite, copper-aluminum composite, stainless steel-aluminum composite, and enamel, among others.
