This project is developed to achieve35kvhigh voltage system triggering and rectification functions,3×4a power unit for the construction of a multi-layer valve tower. It has a compact structure while meeting the requirements for insulation characteristics.
Insulation materials: In the components, the air duct usesSMCinsulation materials; the insulation beam should be calculated based on the component weight, and depending on the load-bearing capacity of the insulation beam, useEPGCseries insulation materials;
Insulation distance: the clearance should be greater than400mm, and the creepage distance should be greater than700mm;

4.1Overall design principles
4.2.1The components adopt a modular design, which can meet the requirements for quick assembly and disassembly on site.
4.2.2Separation of high and low voltage. The system uses a forced air cooling design, with the fan and its power supply being part of the low voltage system, isolated in space from35KVthe high voltage system, meeting the requirements for insulation clearance and creepage distance, ensuring overall operational safety (the high voltage live points meet the insulation strength test requirements against the fan casing).
4.2.3Thermal design must meet the temperature rise requirements of the thyristor and the heat dissipation requirements of the RC snubber devices.
4.2.4Since the valve tower is composed of four components, the interlayer cable trough meets the system's insulation requirements.
