We have 12 radiator standards, that is, 1 standard, 10 construction industry standards and 1 temporary technical conditions.
1 standard is: GB/T13754-1992 heating radiator heat dissipation method.
The 10 industry standards are: steel closed string piece, finned tube convector, column type, plate type, steel tube radiator, high-power radiator; Gray cast iron column airfoil, column type, airfoil radiator; Aluminum column airfoil radiator; Series parameters, threads and accessories.
A temporary technical condition is steel flat tube radiator. The earliest one was released and implemented in 1986 and has not been revised in the past 20 years. The steel string has been listed as a restricted product by the Ministry of Construction Announcement No. 218.
Now, with the great development of our radiator, many new products have been widely popular and used, such as copper-aluminum composite radiator, decorative radiator, copper tube aluminum fin (string, winding) convector, steel-aluminum composite radiator, etc. These commonly used products have no industry standards, which brings great difficulties to supervision and inspection, market management, design selection, construction and acceptance. Some standards no longer meet the needs of the development of the new situation of the times, such as cast iron radiators. Under the requirements of promoting the heating system * *, household metering, charging according to heat use, and controllable room temperature, cast iron radiators with unclean inner cavity cannot be used because it will affect the failure and damage of heat meters and temperature control valves, but the new standards have not been issued for a long time. Radiator standards are seriously lagging behind, bringing some confusion to the market, making manufacturers and consumers at a loss as to what to do, and affecting the healthy development of radiators. It is hoped that the relevant departments can pay attention to this problem, formulate and revise the radiator standard as soon as possible, improve the industry level and promote the development of the industry.
